Pete Eromenok started his dog training career as a hunting enthusiast in eastern Idaho. He has hunted most bird species and understands what is required of a dog to be successful in the field. A true sportsman, Pete started his first hunting dog in 1979. He began training his first Master Hunter in 1986. Since then, he has trained hundreds upon hundreds of dogs for clients, ranging from the family pet owner to those with a lifelong dream of owning a finished, titled dog. For some, he has helped with the selection of a breeding that matched the clients demands, then trained the dog until he achieved the desired title. He has achieved many titles for his own dogs. He has always had a passion to understand the dog's mind and the subtleties of dog behavior.
This enables him to help dogs overcome a huge range of problems, and helps him teach their owners how to keep the problems from arising again. Pete employs his German Shepherd, Tiegen to aid in stabilizing unbalanced, aggressive dogs. He has learned how to teach and train people so that they can more thoroughly enjoy their trained dog. Teaching the owner is by far the most important part of the program. It is paramount that the dog owners understand how to maintain the work that was put into their dog.We can also troubleshoot issues which crop up in dogs that are already trained. The wide variety of training programs which he has used and developed has given him a well rounded background in dealing with a wide range of issues:He currently runs his own dogs in AKC Field Trials and Hunt Tests, and has qualified his dogs for the Master National in 2007 and 2010. Pete has judged all 3 levels of the AKC hunt test program.
Pete has a reputation for skill and integrity.Pete has written many newspaper articles on dog training for a Pennsylvania newspaper, and two articles for The Retriever Journal. CONTACT PETE: pete@goosebusters.biz 208-278-3333Copyright © 2010 - Goosebusters - All rights reserved.
